I have been teaching and pioneering wholefood cooking, using the highest quality Japanese ingredients and ferments, since 1984. My food has satisfied hundreds of thousands of people and I have taught many thousands of staff and students the art of their use.
My wish is to seduce people to better ways of thinking about, sourcing, preparing and eating balanced wholefood meals. I do this so that, the choices we make assures a better future for all.
