That's me beside my daughter India.
I have been teaching and pioneering wholefoods and ferments, including sourdough since 1984. My aim is to empower people in better ways of sourcing, preparing and eating balanced wholefood meals. My wish is that what I teach, becomes part of the legacy we all pass on to future generations.
