SPAIN
According to a student living in Spain she has said that in Barcelona... many of the health food shops have Spanish-made organic things like Umeboshi plums and vinegar, rice wine vinegar, kuzu, tamari, shoyu. There are some general Asian food shops which have some Japanese ingredients. And then theres a specialised shop on Carrer del Balmes called Tokyo-ya. It doesn't have everything and you have to read ingredients, but it does have very good Koshihikari rice and white rice mochi. There's another shop on c/Sicilia called Oriental Market which sells ingredients but also crockery and some kitchen appliances.
