A very warm welcome and thank you for purchasing this interactive live round of The Art of Sourdough Baking

I look forward to spending as much of the four weeks as you can attend and thank you for trusting me to teach you to bake sourdough from scratch or for supporting you to up your sourdough baking skill set.

Keep an eye out for a couple of emails from Food by Holly Davis Online Courses. You may see these in your inbox but if not, please check your spam folder.

One will give you your login details. You need to create your log in password within 24 hours or the link expires. I highly recommend keeping a safe record of your password, so you don't have the hassle of recreating later.

If you need that email resent, just ask and I can do that. If you need to, you can log in via the lime green button at the top of my homepage on my website here.

You will also have an email with access to the How to make Sourdough Starter from scratch details. If you wish, you can use that information straight away and create a starter from scratch. This email also provides the Zoom link for all our classes.

I'm going to send you some of my 37 year old starter 'Joseph', I have dehydrated it, so that you can keep it as a back up and refresh it when it suits you. If you already have an active starter, you are happy with, do please use that one and let me know not to send Joseph.

I will mail my starter to you on the next business day, after purchase. Depending on your location, it may take a couple of days to more than a week to reach your mailbox. 

You will be able access the course and the online community immediately and our first interactive Zoom session is on Sunday 7th June from 2 until 4pm AEST. If you can't attend it will be there to replay in the Community.

In our fist class, I will address your sourdough starters and any other questions you may have.

Once you log in, you will find your course in the Library tab. The Community will be added to your library closer to the start date.  The community is where to ask questions and where all the recorded Zoom content will go, after our sessions. You will be able to see all of the previous years live recordings too, if you wish but there is no expectation to do so. 

Wherever you are on the spectrum of sourdough baking knowledge, I will meet you there with enthusiasm.
