Become a competent and confident baker, who turns out the most nutritious, delicious and digestible breads possible; using a wild ferment of flour, water & salt. In live rounds the range of sourdough products is expanded to include all sorts of sweet and savoury goodies.

My 39 year old sourdough starter 'Joseph' in the mail, notes and a recipe for capturing your own. Please let me know if this is not needed.

If you wish you can start capturing your own wild rye starter, from scratch. When it is fully active, in a week or two, you can use it to raise your loaves.
